7/29 Midtown had 5 employees to test positive. Extensive cleaning measures and more precautions are to come. Additionally, weekly testing is mandatory for the staff.
8/4 Midtown has 11 residents at this time that has tested positive for COVID. They are being placed in quarantine and being assessed. Family members will be contacted by social services.
8/5 We currently have 7 new positive employees that are doing well and stable. Check back for more information. The residents that were positive are doing well at this time. Testing will continue weekly.

8/27 We have 1 confirmed positive resident in the facility. We have taken the necessary precautions and will continue to sanitize, conduct weekly testing for staff, and put appropriate measures in place. 9/24 We have had another GREAT WEEK! No staff or residents with COVID. We will continue weekly testing and will also update you all on the upcoming visitation guidelines. 10/7 Hello family and friends. Unfortunately we have 2 positive staff at Midtown. We will continue weekly testing of staff. Sorry for the inconvenience but we will have to suspend visitation for another 14 days.

11/2- Good Morning family, friends, and staff- we have two positive staff from today’s testing. We will do testing twice a week this week because of the increased positivity rate. 11/5- Good Morning families, friends and staff- we have 1 positive resident that was sent to the hospital but no other positive residents at this time. We have 0 staff for this 2nd round of testing this week. Appropriate measures are in place, and we will keep you updated. 11/6- Good Morning, we had a PRN employee to test positive this morning. Appropriate measures were taken. Have a safe weekend, wash hands, wear masks, and by all means protect yourself so we can decrease the spread!
11/9- No positive staff or residents to report today! Off to a great start. As usual thank you for your patience. And remember we have to be 14 days negative before we can restart visitation. Thanks and have a good week, call the building for any questions or concerns.

11/19- We have a positive staff member, but no positive residents. We will continue testing as mandated to keep our community safe. As the Thanksgiving Holiday is approaching, I want encourage you all not to gather without knowing your Covid status or without taking proper precautions. We have to stay safe. 11/21 We have a resident that we have been monitoring to test positive for Covid. She is stable. All safety measures have been put in place. For more info contact the Center.
11/21 Unfortunately we have a positive staff member as well. No immediate threat and she was not around the residents. We will keep testing regularly and mask precautions are still in place. If you need any info please contact the building.
11/22 We have two more staff to report. Currently testing all residents they cared for. We are deep cleaning as well. Will update on the results later. Keep checking here for updates. Thank you
11/22 update: As a result of COVID testing, we had 9 residents that are positive but are asymptomatic. They have been quarantined, and families will be notified. Just to recap- we have 4 staff out with covid and 9 residents. We have deep cleaned and sanitized the floor, and put proper measures in place to protect the community and your loved ones. 11/23 All employees tested and we have 1 more that was positive. Precautions in place. We will be testing staff twice this week as well. For more information contact the facility.
11/25 Unfortunately we had 4 more staff to test positive today, all from the same unit. That floor is now under quarantine. Sorry for any inconveniences. We will continue testing twice a week. We will also be offering the COVID vaccine starting with the staff the first of December. The building is being deep cleaned and properly sanitized today. Any questions please contact the building.
11/28 We have two frontline staff that tested positive. I can not stress how important it is to stay protected until we get over this recent surge in COVID numbers. If you have questions call the building. Wash hands, social distance, wear your mask.
11/30 We had one staff to test positive yesterday, but none today. Residents and staff are stable at this time. We are testing twice a week and all precautions taken and building sanitized.
12/2-We have been monitoring the 2nd floor and from this wave of testing today, we had 3 resident cases. These residents were moved to the covid unit and are being monitored. They are not having any symptoms at this time. All other residents tested are negative.
12/7- We have 14 residents and 2 employees that have tested positive. One is in the hospital and the rest are stable and being transferred to Magnolia Creek covid unit. We are notifying all families, facility is being sanitized. We are asking that everyone please stay safe, continue to take precautions, and notify us for any questions or concerns. Thank you!

12/10 As of right now we have 2 staff and 2 employees that have tested positive. We are doing all we can to contain the hot spot. We will continue testing twice a week and cleaning all day to ensure we slow this spread. Thanks for your prayers and understanding.
12/11- COVID positive resident sent to ER. We are monitoring the situation closely. It is still contained to 1 area and we will continue isolation protocols, hand washing, and testing protocols.
12/14 We had 2 residents and 3 staff to test positive. We are still testing twice a week, and will update you all on any changes. Contact the center for for information. Please be safe.

Good Morning, we have 1 positive employee, but no positive residents. As we start this new year off, lets remember to be safe. PLEASE CONSIDER THE VACCINE, so our community can return to normal. HAPPY DAY! WE HAVE NO STAFF OR RESIDENTS TO REPORT TODAY. OUR VACCINE CLINIC WAS SUCCESSFUL! The next clinic will be Feb 8th for step 2 of the vaccine. If you declined, but now want it, please contact the building and let us know. Thanks! STAY SAFE!

1/15/21- Hello! We are still COVID free. We are allowing limited-social distance supervised visitation by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact social services to schedule a visit.
